Jeremy Koehler is an associate with Foulston’s litigation practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Jeremy assists clients in a broad range of complex litigation, including creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, construction, and protecting clients from improper use of trade secrets and unfair competition. He handles complex litigation matters in both jury and bench trials before state, federal, bankruptcy, and appellate courts.
Jeremy has been selected for inclusion in both Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America and the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Jeremy received his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. He was raised in Wichita, where he completed the International Baccalaureate program at Wichita High School East, and where he and his wife, Audrey, and their daughters currently reside. Outside the office, Jeremy enjoys jogging, cooking and baking, and cheering on the Royals, Chiefs, and Shockers.
